Rights to Reality Advocacy Clinic
Bridging the gap between government policy on paper and lived reality for underprivileged women and children across Delhi/NCR.
Founded by Srishti Aggarwal in partnership with Hamari Pahchan NGO, the Rights to Reality Advocacy Clinic operates through sustained grassroots outreach across Anganwadi Centres in Noida (Sector 8), Vasant Kunj, Inder Camp, and Israel Camp (Mahipalpur).
While numerous welfare schemes exist, marginalized families often face critical barriers: complex documentation, lack of digital access, and procedural intimidation. The clinic conducts weekly on-ground sessions to guide women through verified scheme enrollment—securing maternity benefits (PMMVY), girl child savings (Sukanya Samriddhi), and legal protection.
Rooted in empathy and measurable social impact, the initiative has directly reached over 2,000 women and positively impacted 800+ children, earning international recognition through the International Baccalaureate (IB) Global Youth Action Fund.
Welfare Scheme Enrollment
Hands-on application and documentation support for PMMVY (up to ₹6,000), Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Mahila Shakti Kendra, and healthcare aid.
Safety & Legal Literacy
Connecting women in crisis with 24x7 Women Helpline 181, One Stop Centres (Sakhi), and free legal counselling against abuse.
Educational Access & RTE
Facilitating 25% private school reservations under Right to Education (RTE), NMMSS scholarships, and community reading rooms.
Voices Unheard Creative Wing
Documenting 100+ lived stories with informed consent and transforming grassroots realities into slam poetry for public stages.
